The move follows recent Chinese State Council measures to enhance tourism, such as optimized visa policies and increased flight capacity. Trip.com Group plans to invest in technology, marketing, and product integration over the next three years to accelerate inbound tourism development, leveraging its platform to promote China as a unique and welcoming destination rich in history and cultural heritage.

Mr James Liang, Co-founder and Chairman of Trip.com Group says: “To boost inbound tourism, Trip.com Group will leverage its technological expertise to enhance the ease of access for incoming visitors.
