DHL Invests in New South Region Hub to Meet Growing Demand

DHL Supply Chain is investing EUR 5.2 million in a new warehouse facility, the South Region Hub, in Senai Airport City, Southern Malaysia.

Spanning 10,000 square meters, it aims to cater to increasing logistics demands, particularly in the automotive, technology, cloud business, and data center sectors.

Strategically located in a Free Trade Zone, near major transportation arteries like the North-South Expressway and Senai International Airport, it promises faster delivery times.

Expected to be operational by Q1 2025, the Hub underscores DHL’s commitment to elevating logistics standards in the region, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

The launch of the South Region Hub forms part of DHL Supply Chain’s strategy to invest EUR350 million in Southeast Asia over the next four years, with EUR131 million allocated specifically for Malaysia.
