YTL Cement hosted the Sustainable Construction Symposium in Kuala Lumpur, gathering industry leaders to advance sustainable building practices. The event, featuring key figures like YTL Cement’s Clarisse Loh and CIDB’s Dato’ Sr Mohd Zaid Zakaria, highlighted Malaysia’s progress and future goals in eco-friendly construction.

Key topics included the introduction of the CREAM Eco Product certification and the sustainable features of Merdeka 118, Malaysia’s second tallest building. YTL Cement showcased its ECO Product Range, offering low-carbon alternatives, and discussed innovative projects like ultra-low carbon concrete and CO2 sequestration technologies. The symposium also featured insights from international experts on tackling climate challenges through innovative architecture and design.
