Bintang Capital Partners’ portfolio company Involve Asia gets B Corporation certification

Involve Asia has become the first affiliate marketing platform in Asia to achieve B Corp Certification, recognized for its high standards of performance, accountability, and transparency. This makes it the first portfolio company of Bintang Capital Partners Bhd to receive the certification.

Bintang Capital Drives B Corp Certification

The certification process, administered by B Lab, involved a rigorous assessment in five key areas—workers, community, customers, governance, and environment—and resulted in a B Impact Assessment Score of 84.2, surpassing the required minimum of 80.

Johan Rozali-Wathooth, founder and CEO of Bintang Capital Partners, expressed pride in this achievement, noting it aligns with Bintang’s core values. He also highlighted their goal of creating at least 150 new B Corps in ASEAN by 2050, adding that they will continue supporting their portfolio companies in this journey.

Jimmy How, founder and CEO of Involve Asia, emphasized the company’s commitment to using business as a force for good, underscoring the importance of social and environmental impact, transparency, and accountability.
