Affin Bank Bhd has partnered with Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd (Pro-Net) as its exclusive bank partner, offering Affin Bank customers a chance to explore smart electric vehicle (EV) models and experience test drives of the new Brabus variant.
Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah, President and CEO of Affin Bank, emphasized the collaboration’s alignment with the bank’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) agenda. Affin is committed to supporting sustainability-linked loans and financing through its A25 Plan and other essential ESG initiatives.
Wan Razly explained, “Leveraging our expertise in auto financing, Affin aims to make electric vehicles more accessible to the masses, encouraging a widespread transition towards green, in line with the government’s green mobility agenda and net-zero goals.”
He further stated, “Our goal is to simplify the process and enhance affordability, so that owning an electric vehicle becomes an achievable reality for everyone.”
