Maxis and Huawei Partner to Enhance AI-Powered Network Operations

BARCELONA, March 2025 – Maxis and Huawei Malaysia have announced a strategic collaboration to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into Maxis’ network operations, aiming to enhance network quality and efficiency.

The partnership, formalized at the Mobile World Congress 2025 through an MoU exchange, will focus on AI/ML-powered service quality monitoring, automated network optimization, and predictive issue detection. Maxis aims to establish an Intelligent Network Operations Centre (NOC) with AI-driven automation, reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency.
