AIA Shared Services Unveils Future-Ready Workplace at IOI City Tower 1
PUTRAJAYA, Aug 10, 2026 — AIA Shared Services (AIA SS) has officially unveiled its new workplace at IOI City Tower 1, marking a milestone in its evolution as a strategic capability centre supporting AIA’s operations across Asia.
The move underscores AIA SS’s long-term commitment to Malaysia and its focus on building a future-ready organisation powered by talent, innovation, and operational excellence. Designed to meet the needs of a modern workforce, the workplace integrates collaboration, technology, sustainability, and employee wellbeing.
Located within IOI City Tower 1, a Green Building Index (GBI) Silver-certified development, the office incorporates sustainable features such as green-certified materials, energy-efficient LED lighting, smart building systems, and recycling facilities. Biophilic design principles — including natural light, greenery, and community-focused spaces — further enhance wellbeing and connectivity.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by senior leaders, industry partners, and guests, including Dato’ Lee Yeow Seng, Group CEO of IOI Properties Group Berhad.
Darryl Neff, General Manager of AIA Shared Services, said: “This milestone represents far more than a new workplace. It reflects our confidence in the future and our ambition for what AIA Shared Services can become. This workplace is an investment in our people, our culture, and our future.”
The new workplace is positioned as a foundation for AIA SS’s next chapter, embedding wellbeing into everyday employee experience while advancing sustainable workplace design.
