Kuala Lumpur, 18 July 2025 – BlockchainCert.my, Malaysia’s trusted blockchain based credentialing platform, has been adopted as the official infrastructure to issue Elite Investor Certifications for the Zenith International Investor Network. This is a strategic initiative by Yayasan Dato’ Malaysia (YDM) in collaboration with Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd(Cradle).
This marks a major step in applying blockchain technology to support transparent and verifiable investor recognition. Under the Zenith program, qualified high net worth individuals (HNWIs) will receive digitally issued certificates that are secure, tamper proof and instantly verifiable via blockchain powered QR code. All credentials are powered by BlockchainCert.my and built on MasChain, Malaysia’s public permissioned Layer 1 blockchain.
“BlockchainCert.my was created to solve real challenges around trust and verification. In the case of Zenith, it brings credibility to investor onboarding and strengthens confidence in the ecosystem,” said Richard Koay, Chief Marketing Officer of Masverse, the technology provider behind BlockchainCert.my.
The Zenith initiative connects accredited foreign investors with high potential Malaysian startups in key innovation sectors including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
Investor verification has traditionally relied on internal databases or manual screening. This collaboration introduces a more scalable and secure approach. Each investor credential is recorded immutably on blockchain, time stamped and instantly shareable for cross border validation without compromising data privacy.
Key Benefits of BlockchainCert.my for Zenith
• Digital credentials with tamper evident records
• Cross border QR verification in real time
• Streamlined due diligence for ecosystem partners
• Transparent, compliance aligned certification infrastructure
The Elite Investor Certificate also serves as formal recognition of investor participation in Malaysia’s innovation economy. It is verifiable on chain and built for long term trust.
This implementation highlights the role of blockchain in strengthening digital identity and institutional trust. As Malaysia moves toward digitised governance and smarter capital systems, platforms like BlockchainCert.my will continue to play a foundational role.
