CRYPKEN Launches Malaysia’s First Metaverse Real Estate Event

Kuala Lumpur, 7 April 2025 – CRYPKEN, a trailblazer in Metaverse real estate, is set to launch a five-day Immersi Home Expo 2025, Malaysia’s first virtual real estate exhibition, aimed to redefine the industry. The event will bring together global property developers, buyers, and investors in a cutting-edge 3D environment, revolutionizing how real estate is experienced and engaged in the digital age.

Immersi Home Expo 2025 will take place from April 17-21, 2025. The expo transcends conventional boundaries, leveraging cutting-edge virtual technology to offer unparalleled interaction and accessibility.

“It goes beyond a digital version of a physical expo, representing a complete reimagining of real estate engagement. Through cutting-edge technology, CRYPKEN is unlocking possibilities that would not be achievable in a traditional setting,” he added.

Featuring a range of immersive experiences, the expo offers three distinct tiered virtual booth options. The standard booths covering 800 sq. ft. include video displays, digital content, live chat, and basic visitor analytics. The executive booths spanning 1,500 sq. ft will provide virtual environments with large-scale presentations, 3D property models, and expanded engagement tools. Meanwhile, the premium booths with 3,000 sq. ft. will offer digital showcases with multiple display options, advanced analytics, and comprehensive visitor Insights.

In addition to its innovative approach, Immersi Home Expo 2025 also champions sustainability by reducing carbon footprints and maximizing cost efficiency, underscoring Crypken’s commitment to advancing digital transformation.
