CTOS and Maybank Islamic Launch Shariah-Compliant Banking-as-a-Service Initiative

CTOS Data Systems and Maybank Islamic have launched Malaysia’s first Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) initiative, offering Shariah-compliant financial solutions tailored to SMEs and retail customers. The partnership integrates CTOS’s credit scoring tools with Maybank Islamic’s banking services to create a seamless, customer-centric ecosystem.

CTOS CEO Erick Hamburger highlighted the initiative’s role in promoting financial literacy and digital financing adoption, while Maybank Islamic’s Dr. Muhd Ramadhan Fitri emphasized its impact on informed financial decisions and sustainable business growth.
