Eco World Banks on Southern Klang Valley Growth with Strong Semenyih Township Performance
Eco Majestic, launched in 2014, has become the group’s top sales contributor, generating RM4.6 billion to date. The 1,089-acre freehold township caters to multi-generational and affluent young families, offering terrace homes priced around RM1 million and bungalows starting from RM2 million. With 296 acres of land left, Eco Majestic’s RM6.41 billion gross development value (GDV) will mainly focus on commercial projects, including the new Majestic Labs mixed-use centre, which boasts a 70% occupancy rate and key tenants like Nando’s, Caring Pharmacy, and Believe Fitness.
Meanwhile, Eco Forest targets middle-to-mass market buyers, with terrace homes priced from RM600,000. Since its 2017 launch, it has recorded RM1.1 billion in sales with over 1,600 units sold, highlighting robust demand for homes blending nature and modern living. Eco World’s expansion aligns with its aim to grow recurring income to 20–30% through commercial ventures, reinforcing its foothold in the Klang Valley property market.
