Everise has launched EverAI Labs in partnership with industry experts Sharath Keshava and Dr. Andrew Maas to revolutionize the customer experience industry.
Headquartered in Palo Alto, the lab will develop an integrated agent desktop suite with custom speech AI for customer management. EverAI Labs aims to improve customer satisfaction and productivity by mapping all internal processes of customer experience agents.
The lab will leverage AI, natural language processing, machine learning, cloud migration, and automation to enhance agent performance and customer experience. The initiative invites collaboration from various partners in the customer experience ecosystem.
