Partnership Aims to Develop Skilled Talent to Address Singapore’s Growing Demand for Cybersecurity Professionals
Fortinet has partnered with Temasek Polytechnic (TP) to enhance cybersecurity education in Singapore. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding, will integrate Fortinet’s cybersecurity certification training into TP’s existing courses at the School of Informatics & IT. The partnership aims to address the cybersecurity skills gap by providing students and faculty with industry-recognized training in network and cloud security, threat intelligence, and more.
Fortinet will offer guest lectures and hands-on experiences led by certified instructors. Additionally, an Operational Technology Security Laboratory will be established for educational and research purposes. This initiative seeks to equip students with practical skills and knowledge to meet industry demands and bolster cybersecurity in Singapore and beyond.
