Fortinet’s 2024 Security Awareness and Training Report reveals that nearly 70% of organizations believe their employees lack essential cybersecurity knowledge, a growing concern as AI-powered cyberattacks become more sophisticated.
The report emphasizes the importance of employee training as a key defense, with 97% of leaders agreeing that increased awareness strengthens security. Effective training programs, focused on engaging content and regular scheduling, have shown to improve security postures for 89% of organizations.
