Unveiled during a special event themed “Leading the World with Business DX” here, the offerings are FUJIFILM IWpro – an all-in-one cloud-based workspace, as well as the IT Expert Services – a Managed IT Services offering to help customers manage their IT support.

As an integrated workspace, FUJIFILM IWpro facilitates collaboration by connecting to
various existing systems, allowing easy data sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
Multiple users will be able to access and perform a wide range of data tasks on FUJIFILM IWpro, which provides workflow optimization, efficient document management and versatile cloud-based printing capabilities.
Through the IT Expert Services, SMEs will have access to a skilled IT team that not only monitors the IT system, but also identifies and addresses related issues in a timely
manner via the Help Desk with remote monitoring and management.
From daily maintenance to major breakdown and even on-site support, the IT Expert Services team seamlessly complement an internal IT team to deliver increased efficiency, reduced expenses and enhanced security.
