Henderson Land Crowned Best Developer (Asia) at 20th PropertyGuru Awards

Bangkok: The 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final celebrated Asia’s finest real estate at The Athenee Hotel, recognising over 90 elite winners across the region.

Hong Kong’s Henderson Land Development Company Limited clinched the prestigious Best Developer (Asia) title, while its joint venture The Legacy – 8 Castle Road swept development and design categories.

Malaysia dominated with 17 Best in Asia wins, led by JLand Group as Best Industrial Developer (Asia), MTD Properties and Faire Development in affordable and breakthrough categories, plus honours for Sime Darby Property, PKNS, and others emphasising sustainability and premium living.

Indonesia secured 15 titles, with Paramount Land and Sinar Mas Land excelling in township development, and PT. Putragaya Wahana as Best Commercial Developer (Asia).

Mainland China shone in design, with Benoy, CAN Design, J&A Design, and Lead8 among winners.

The event marked two decades of powering tomorrow’s cities.
