I-Berhad Unveils One Shah Alam, One Destination Initiative
I-Berhad focuses on social initiatives to enhance the long-term value of its RM10 billion GDV flagship projects. The “One Shah Alam, One Destination” program aims to create a vibrant community, offering free and subsidized attraction tickets worth over RM20 million.
The initiative supports Malaysia Madani principles, fostering an inclusive culture in Shah Alam, allowing small businesses and government agencies to use spaces rent-free for community engagement programs. The strategy aligns with the group’s overall business sectors and the completion of BeCentral in 2025.
Despite market challenges, BeCentral Tower 1 achieves 50% of its sales target, and the group anticipates strengthening its Investment Properties portfolio.
“In November we launched our One Shah Alam, One Destination ESG programme that pledged to bring generations of individuals and families together to enhance tomorrow’s societal construct, in line with the Malaysia Madani principles,” said the Group Chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong.
