Inta Bina Secures RM221m Klang Project, Orderbook Strong

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25, 2026, Inta Bina Group Bhd (INTA) has secured a RM221.1 million contract to undertake main building works for an apartment and office development in Klang, awarded by Prisma Melody Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitraland Holding (M) Sdn Bhd.

The project, part of the fourth phase of the Gravit8 (Novva) development, comprises a 39-storey serviced apartment tower with 654 units and a 20-storey office tower. Construction is scheduled to begin on Sept. 28, 2026, with completion targeted in two stages: September 2028 and January 2029.

The contract is expected to deliver a PAT margin of 4.7%–5.3%, translating to RM10.4m–RM11.7m over CY26–29. This marks INTA’s fourth project with Mitraland and its fifth contract win in CY26, lifting year-to-date secured orderbook to RM645.2m, or 89.6% of its CY26 replenishment assumption of RM720m.

INTA’s outstanding construction orderbook is projected at RM1.58b as at end-August 2026, providing earnings visibility for the next 2–3 years. Analysts maintain a BUY call with an unchanged target price of RM0.79, based on CY27F sum-of-the-parts valuation.
