Kerjaya Prospek Group (KPGB) has secured a RM98.8m contract from Sena Letrik (M) SB to construct a private hospital in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. With this award, the Group’s FY26 new contract wins rise to RM802.3m, lifting its outstanding order book to an estimated RM4.3bn. This provides strong earnings visibility over the next two to three years. The hospital project is expected to contribute about 1.8% annually to KPGB’s earnings during the contract period. However, forecasts remain unchanged as the win falls within replenishment assumptions.

Expansion

KPGB continues to strengthen its long-term growth prospects through expansion into industrial developments and Sabah projects, enhancing sustainability and earnings resilience. Analysts maintain an Outperform call with a SOP-based target price of RM3.10, reflecting confidence in KPGB’s diversified growth trajectory.
