KUALA LUMPUR — Mah Sing Group Bhd has purchased the iconic Corus KLCC Hotel site from The MUI Group for RM260 million, with plans for a RM1.28 billion serviced apartment project just minutes from the Petronas Twin Towers. The freehold 0.60-hectare parcel will be transformed into a prestigious address with units priced from RM898,000. “More than just a redevelopment, it’s an opportunity to create a prestigious address in the heart of Kuala Lumpur,” said founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum. Demolition and planning will start soon, with the project expected to enhance the KLCC skyline and economic vibrancy.
