MCW Tech and KAR Group Partner to Launch ESG-Compliant Ionpaint Facility in Bahrain

MCW Tech, a Malaysian leader in sustainable coatings, has partnered with Bahrain’s KAR Group to establish an ESG-compliant Ionpaint manufacturing facility in Bahrain. The partnership, formalized with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on January 9, 2025, supports Bahrain’s Vision 2030 and Malaysia’s NIMP 2030, focusing on sustainability, carbon reduction, and advanced manufacturing. Ionpaint®, recognized globally for its eco-friendly innovation, purifies air by eliminating harmful pollutants and adheres to global green standards. This collaboration highlights Malaysia’s SME capabilities on the global stage while fostering economic ties and sustainable development in the Middle East.
