Midea Group achieved record-breaking revenue and profit in 2023, reaching RMB 373.7 billion and RMB 33.7 billion respectively, driven by global expansion
Midea Group, the world’s largest home appliance supplier, reported significant growth and record profits in its 2023 annual report.
With a total revenue of RMB 373.7 billion, marking an 8.10% year-on-year increase, and a net profit of RMB 33.7 billion, up by 14.10%, the company’s success is attributed to its “Global Impact” strategy.
Overseas sales account for over 40% of total sales, with products exported to 200 countries. Midea is expanding its overseas manufacturing presence, including bases in Indonesia, India, and other countries.
Its new energy and industrial technology segments drive global digital transformation and sustainable development. KUKA, its subsidiary, ranks among the top industrial robot companies globally.
Additionally, the group leads in intelligent building technology and commercial air conditioning. With significant investments in R&D and a strong global presence, the Group continues to innovate, sustainably grow, and expand globally.
