Signature Launches HomeFest 2026: A 360° Home Living Ecosystem

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 July 2026 — Homes are becoming more connected, personalised and multifunctional, yet creating them often remains fragmented. Homeowners must coordinate multiple contractors, designers, suppliers and technology providers, increasing the risk of communication gaps, delays, inconsistent outcomes and unclear accountability.

At the heart of the homeowner journey are three fundamental concerns:

  • Quality workmanship backed by robust quality assurance
  • Professionally managed and timely project delivery with clear progress updates
  • Confidence and trust from having one accountable partner throughout the process

Responding to these expectations, Signature launched HomeFest 2026 at HOMEs Exhibition 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, reinforcing its evolution beyond customised built-in cabinetry into a 360° Complete Home Living Solutions Provider.

For more than three decades, Signature has helped Malaysians create functional, personalised, and beautifully designed spaces. Today’s homeowners increasingly expect more than standalone products. They want one trusted partner capable of bringing renovation, design, furnishings, and technology together with greater convenience, transparency, and peace of mind.

Signature’s expanded ecosystem comprises:

  • Signature Customised Built-In Cabinets — personalised kitchens, wardrobes, television cabinets, storage systems and other built-in solutions.
  • Signature Reno Works — renovation services covering wet works, mechanical and electrical works, lighting, tiling, ceiling works, painting and wall finishes.
  • Signature Smart Home Solutions — an integrated ecosystem enhancing convenience, comfort, security, connectivity and energy management.
  • Wall Panelling, Furnishings & Interior Finishes — decorative wall panelling, soft furnishings, wall and floor coverings, and complementary interior solutions that add texture, comfort, durability and visual cohesion throughout the home.

Collectively, these solutions enable homeowners to plan, renovate, customise, furnish, enhance and automate their homes through one connected ecosystem instead of managing multiple vendors independently. By integrating these capabilities within one ecosystem, Signature helps reduce coordination while improving project visibility, consistency and accountability throughout the homeowner journey.

Speaking at the launch, Lau Kock Sang, Group CEO of Signature International Berhad, said:

“Today’s homeowners want more than individual products. They want quality they can trust, projects that are professionally managed, and one accountable partner who can simplify the entire home transformation journey.

HomeFest 2026 represents the next chapter of Signature’s evolution. By bringing our expanded capabilities together, we are enabling homeowners to create their dream homes with greater coordination, transparency, confidence and peace of mind.”

A key highlight of HomeFest 2026 is the official launch of Signature Reno Works, developed to address common renovation concerns such as unclear scopes, unexpected costs, delays, inconsistent workmanship and limited post-handover support.

Its structured approach includes documented planning, designated site supervision, regular progress updates, progressive quality inspections and a 24‑month quality assurance period following handover.

HomeFest 2026 also marks the launch of Signature Smart Home Solutions, created to simplify the often-fragmented smart-home experience. Instead of managing separate applications for lighting, security, curtains, climate control, and other connected devices, homeowners can integrate compatible products and multiple brands through a central hub and unified application.

AGMO by Signature Wall Panel Solutions is the latest addition to Signature’s Wall Panelling, Furnishings & Interior Finishes pillar, further strengthening the company’s integrated four-pillar home living ecosystem.

Supporting the launch is the HomeFest 2026 nationwide campaign, Signature’s largest integrated home and living campaign to-date. Running nationwide from 9 July to 9 August 2026, the campaign will begin at HOMEs Exhibition 2026 before continuing across Signature showrooms nationwide over five consecutive weekends. It will offer customers up to RM8 million in rewards and savings, including exclusive discounts, Trade-in Rewards, Refer & Earn Rewards and gifts.

Further strengthening the campaign, Signature announced a strategic partnership with RHB Bank Berhad, offering eligible homeowners greater financial flexibility for renovation and home upgrades through the RHB Renovation Loan.

The launch also introduced Malaysian actress Diana Danielle as Brand Ambassador for Signature’s 48‑Hour Trade-In Programme which supports selected kitchen, wardrobe, and living-space upgrades with minimal disruption through trade-in rewards, professional dismantling and disposal, and selected fast-track services.

Extending beyond the campaign period, the Signature Grand Rewards Giveaway 2026 will offer RM300,000 in rewards until 31 December 2026, comprising:

  • RM180,000 in Purchase & Win Rewards
  • RM100,000 Home Makeover Giveaway
  • RM20,000 RHB Bank Berhad Exclusive Travel Prize (Hokkaido, Japan travel package for two)

Beyond the campaign, HomeFest 2026 reflects Signature’s continued evolution into an integrated home living solutions provider, bringing together innovation, renovation and smart living to simplify the homeowner journey through one connected ecosystem.
