SINGAPORE, Oct 19, 2026 – SoftwareOne (softwareone.com) and Crayon have completed the integration of their channel businesses across the Asia-Pacific region under the SoftwareOne brand, creating a larger channel ecosystem aimed at delivering greater value, expertise and commercial opportunities for technology partners.
The newly unified business combines the strengths of both organisations, including partner networks, vendor relationships and specialist capabilities across cloud, software asset management, cybersecurity, data, artificial intelligence and managed services. The move is designed to provide partners with broader access to technology resources while maintaining existing customer relationships and ownership.
SoftwareOne APAC President Varun Paliwal said the integration would enable partners to tap into a wider range of services and technical expertise without needing to build every capability internally.

The combined organisation will offer access to solution architects, security specialists, bid support teams and technical resources, helping partners pursue larger and more complex customer opportunities.
The integration comes as demand for cloud, cybersecurity and AI solutions accelerates across APAC. According to IDC projections cited by the company, regional ICT spending is expected to reach US$647 billion in 2026, while AI and generative AI spending is forecast to hit US$370 billion by 2029.
Vikas Bhonsle, Head of Channel APAC, said the merger would create more growth opportunities by giving partners access to additional services, expertise and industry connections.
Operating in more than 70 countries with around 12,000 professionals, SoftwareOne said the unified channel business will help partners expand service offerings, simplify operations and better support customers navigating increasingly complex technology environments.
