Cheah adds that Sunway Property’s Signature Products will be launched across the regions for the residential segment in Malaysia, all of which are crafted based on the developer’s Sunway Design & Development Architecture (SDDA) and its four pillars: Sustainability, Innovation, Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle & New Experiences.
Cheah emphasizes the company’s commitment to being a part of the community it has built and nurtured over the years by upholding its promise as the Master Community Developer.
She says that Sunway Property will invest in its integrated townships, complete RM 1.1 billion worth of investment properties, and expand its extreme park in tandem with the influx of tourist activities in Johor. She further states that Sunway Property will continue to enhance its Sunway Property Pals+ (SPP+) programme, which benefits residents within its townships and standalone developments.
Moreover, Sunway Property will complete two Sunway Medical Centres in Kuala Lumpur and expand its wellness hubs across Malaysia with the completion of Sunway Medical Centre Damansara and Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh in 2024.
