Sunway Property will soon launch its first freehold landed home in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri. The campaign also offered exclusive ‘Experience Sunway’ deals across various lifestyle sectors.

Gerard Yuen, Sunway Property’s Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, credited the campaign’s success to the Sunway Design and Development Architecture (SDDA) philosophy, emphasizing their commitment to creating lasting value for the community. Homebuyers benefit from the Sunway Property+ aftersales lifestyle membership programme, which includes Care+, Rent+, and Reward+ services.

The Care+ Handyman service, introduced in June, will expand to more units and regions. The featured projects for the campaign spanned across Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh, and Penang, each offering unique homes and deals tailored to enhance community living.
