Sunway Property hits RM1 billion bookings in 3 months with The BIG Deal campaign

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Property, Malaysia’s leading master community developer, achieved over RM1 billion in bookings within three months of launching The BIG Deal campaign across Klang Valley, Johor, Penang and Ipoh.

Key projects saw overwhelming response: Sunway Maple Phase 1 in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri sold out in two hours, Sunway Dora in Penang recorded full take-up, while Sunway Cochrane and Sunway Flora in Klang Valley attracted strong family upgraders. Sunway Majestic near the upcoming RTS Link and Sunway LakeHills also drew first-time and high-end buyers respectively.

The BIG Deal campaign

Managing Director Chung Soo Kiong said the results reflect growing buyer preference for integrated townships offering seamless connectivity, sustainability, lifestyle amenities and long-term value. Despite economic caution and tighter lending, the campaign underscores continued confidence in Sunway’s Build-Own-Operate ecosystem that combines homes with retail, healthcare, education and transport.
