Tambadana Wins Best SME HR Tech Award for Employee Experience

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 14, 2026 — Tambadana, a Malaysian consumer financing company under the Fingular group, has been awarded the Best SME HR Tech for Employee Experience at the HR Tech & Innovations Expo & Conference 2026, held on Sept 22–23 at Connexion Conference & Event Centre, Bangsar South.

The award recognises organisations that leverage technology and innovation to enhance workplace culture, engagement, wellbeing and everyday work. Tambadana was honoured for its people‑centric approach, adopting new tools and continuously improving how it supports employees.
