TYMBA and ACCA Collaborate to Cultivate Future Accountants with National Quiz Challenge
TYMBA Education, in collaboration with organizations like ACCA and ICAEW, aims to address Malaysia’s accountant shortage through the National Accounting Quiz Challenge. The initiative targets Form 4 and 5 students, emphasizing Bumiputera participation, offering exclusive accounting scholarships.
The NAQC, aligned with MADANI Economy goals, aims to produce 60,000 Chartered Accountants by 2030. In the 22/23 series, 12 winners received scholarships valued at RM1.8 million. The quiz assesses participants with SPM-level questions, including ACCA & ICAEW HOTS questions.
Top performers win prizes, certificates, and conditional scholarships for collaborative programs with TYMBA, MyPAC, and Yayasan Peneraju. The founder, Airil Razali, emphasizes the initiative’s role in guiding aspiring accountants and fostering talent in Malaysia. The NAQC features both online and in-person rounds, fostering engagement and providing a clearer path for accounting enthusiasts.
