• Customer Experience as a Priority: 75% of decision-makers cited improving customer experience as their top goal for the coming year.
• Cloud as a Catalyst: 69% believe that cloud technologies are essential for achieving business objectives in the next 12 months.
• Challenges in Application Rewrites: 51% have attempted six or more mainframe application rewrite projects as part of their cloud migration, indicating a need for more robust strategies.
These findings emphasize the importance of partnering with external providers that offer AI and cloud capabilities to ensure smooth transitions and successful IT transformations.
