UPSI sweeps five titles at 2024–2025 National Book Awards

TANJONG MALIM: Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) cemented its reputation as a premier academic publisher by clinching five awards at the 2024–2025 National Book Awards during the Selangor International Book Fair in Shah Alam.

UPSI Press triumphed with Pendekatan Awal Kanak-Kanak (Popular Scientific Book), Seronok Numerasi (Best Book Design), Persekutuan Melayu Melaka (Best History/Biography), Pertemuan di Tepi Tasik (Best Short Story Collection) and Memoir Rimbunan Cinta Bonda (Best Biography).

UPSI Press Director Prof Dr Nordiana Hamzah hailed the success as proof of the university’s dedication to producing high-quality, impactful publications that enrich Malaysian literature and knowledge.
