168 Park Selayang Launches Tallest Tower with Affordable Smart Homes

On October 6, 2023, 168 Park Selayang, the first mixed-development project in Selayang, officially launched its last residential tower, Block B. With a total of three residential towers and a two-storey community mall, this project aims to transform Selayang into an urban and modern town centre.

Block B, the final tower of this development, is a skyscraper standing at 49 floors, making it the tallest building in Selayang. It comprises 956 units, with an affordable starting price of RM397,000. These units come in three different sizes, offering potential homeowners a range of options to match their lifestyle and budget.

Each unit is equipped with a cutting-edge smart home system, including smart switches and smart locks that can be controlled through a convenient phone application for added security and convenience.

168 Park Selayang is also committed to environmental preservation and will provide 12 EV chargers strategically placed across the property for both residents and visitors.

The project plans to improve the community living environment by expanding the road on Jalan PS 7 and installing a new traffic light at the junction of Jalan PS 7 and Lebuhraya Selayang-Kepong to ease traffic in the area.

With four acres of facilities, including a Japanese garden, herb garden, sauna, yoga zone, sports facilities, and more, residents will have plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation.

The community mall at 168 Park Selayang will feature Village Grocer as the anchor tenant and is expected to open in Q3 2024, offering a balanced mix of urban lifestyle, business, and leisure to the neighborhood.
