AI Hub empowers companies to craft seamless end-to-end conversational experiences, whether for marketing, sales, or support, without necessitating coding expertise.

By partnering with Microsoft, Infobip incorporates generative AI within its customer engagement suite, leveraging OpenAI’s ChatGPT model through Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. This move ensures data security and privacy for end customers.

AI Hub’s functionalities span various domains:

  • Facilitating automated workflows through an AI copilot
  • Crafting tailored campaigns across social media and emails using generative AI
  • Predicting customer behavior for loyalty programs and churn reduction
  • Providing detailed client insights and assisting agents with analyzed data and suggested replies
  • Building conversational experiences with virtual agents and chatbots

“The customer journey is evolving from a fragmented experience across multiple channels to a conversational experience in one place. Cloud infrastructure, conversational chat apps and generative AI now allow conversations between businesses and consumers, enriching customer experiences and consolidating disparate customer journeys into one seamless experience. To facilitate this transition, we have launched AI Hub, which provides an end-to-end platform across the full customer journey integrating and upgrading current Infobip SaaS solutions with AI and connecting marketing, with sales and support” says Silvio Kutić, Chief Executive Officer at Infobip.
