AtoG Capital, to drive cross-border M&A transactions between Japan and ASEAN

Nihon M&A Center Holdings has launched a subsidiary, AtoG Capital, to drive cross-border M&A transactions between Japan and the ASEAN region. Aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in restructuring operations to enable smoother M&A deals with Japanese companies, AtoG Capital’s first project is a partnership with CK MAC Global Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia.

The fund targets ASEAN’s high-growth economies, offering Japanese companies new opportunities for market expansion, with Malaysia serving as a strategic entry point. AtoG Capital will also support internal restructuring and guide companies through post-merger integration, aligning operations with Japanese business standards.
