More bases hit by Iranian missiles
ISTANBUL, March 19 — Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed responsibility for launching heavy multi‑warhead missile strikes on US and Israeli military installations across the Middle East, Anadolu Agency reported. The IRGC said bases in Acre, Haifa, Tel Aviv, and Beersheba were destroyed, while American facilities in Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, and the UAE were also targeted with missiles and drones.
The White House responded by announcing US forces had sunk “over 120 Iranian naval vessels,” describing the move as a positive development for regional allies. Tensions remain high as Israel and the US continue joint strikes on Iran since late February, which have killed around 1,300 people, including Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Iran’s retaliation has disrupted infrastructure, aviation, and global markets.
