CIMB signs Letter of Intent with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank
CIMB Bank Berhad and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB) have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to collaborate on expanding SPDB’s clients into the ASEAN region. This partnership leverages CIMB’s ASEAN presence and expertise in trade finance, investment consulting, debt capital markets, and global payment services. The agreement was formalized at SPDB’s Cross-Border Financial Services launch during the China International Import Expo in Shanghai. Both banks aim to boost economic growth and foreign investments in ASEAN through seamless and efficient cross-border solutions.
