Cisco Reimagines Security for the Agentic Workforce
Cisco’s latest global announcement from RSA Conference 2026 (RSAC) is on new security innovations for the growing use of AI agents in the workplace.
As organisations move from experimenting with AI to deploying it at scale, Cisco is introducing new solutions to help businesses secure, manage and trust AI systems that can take actions autonomously, addressing one of the biggest barriers to enterprise adoption.
• Cisco extending Zero Trust Access to AI agents, giving organisations visibility and control over what AI systems can access and do
• Launch of Cisco AI Defense: Explorer Edition, a self-service tool that allows developers to test AI models and applications for security risks before deployment
• Introduction of DefenseClaw, an open-source framework designed to simplify and automate secure AI agent development and deployment
• New Splunk AI capabilities to help security teams detect and respond to threats faster through automation and AI-driven workflows
