Cornerstone Robotics Secures $70M for Global Robotic Surgery Accessibility
Cornerstone Robotics, a Hong Kong-based surgical robotics innovator, has raised over $70 million in Series C funding led by EQT, with contributions from prominent investors like Qiming Venture Partners and the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund. The funding aims to accelerate commercialization, product development, clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and global adoption of robotic surgical solutions. Since its 2019 inception, the company has partnered with leading medical centers in China and Europe, advancing urology, gynecology, and thoracic surgical applications. This investment will support expansion into Europe, Southeast Asia, and other global markets.
