Crewstone Invests RM10 Million to Expand Housing Financing via Zen Vision

Kuala Lumpur, 22 Dec 2025 Crewstone International Sdn Bhd (Crewstone), a licensed and regulated private equity and private credit manager, announced today an additional RM10 million commitment to Zen Vision Group Sdn Bhd (Zen Vision), structured as part of a broader, multi-tranche investment programme currently being executed.

Established in 2021 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Zen Vision has quickly positioned itself as one of Malaysia’s most innovative integrated property solutions platform, spanning property management, interior transformation, and financing facilitation, aligning with Crewstone’s focus on structurally sound, execution-ready business models.

Zen Vision’s historical operating metrics and project pipeline were key considerations during Crewstone’s underwriting and structuring process, providing visibility into execution capacity and scalability under a controlled deployment framework.Zen Vision has recorded measurable operating growth over recent financial periods. Revenue increased approximately 3.7x, while gross profit expanded by close to 8x, alongside margin improvement from 17% to 36%. For FY25, the company recorded net profit of approximately RM6.3 million.

Crewstone’s Commitment

As of the most recent reporting period, Zen Vision has 71 confirmed projects carried into the new financial year. These historical operating metrics and the existing project pipeline were key inputs into Crewstone’s underwriting and structuring assessment, providing visibility into execution capacity under a phased and controlled deployment framework.

Through this additional commitment, Crewstone continues to execute its investment mandate by supporting platforms that address real economic needs, while maintaining disciplined structuring, regulatory compliance, and phased capital deployment aligned with execution milestones.

“Our role is not to accelerate growth at all costs, but to ensure capital is deployed responsibly and in line with execution readiness,” said Izmir Mujab, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Crewstone International. “This additional commitment reflects a structured, milestone-driven approach that prioritises governance, visibility, and long-term sustainability.”

“Crewstone’s structured participation brings discipline and long-term alignment to our growth plans,” said Cheryl Chong, Chief Executive Officer of Zen Vision Group. “The phased nature of the programme allows us to scale responsibly while strengthening operational and governance foundations.”
