Ferrotec Malaysia Boosts Manufacturing Efficiency with GROW with SAP Cloud ERP

Ferrotec Malaysia has successfully implemented GROW with SAP, a cloud-based ERP solution, to streamline operations at its new Kulim manufacturing facility. The plant, the Tokyo-listed Ferrotec Group’s first in Southeast Asia, produces precision components for semiconductors, automotive, and medical devices. Before implementation, fragmented processes and manual workflows hindered decision-making and slowed operations.

Ferrotec and SAP Cloud ERP

The adoption of GROW with SAP integrated finance, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing, delivering immediate results: procurement efficiency rose 90%, finance productivity increased 40%, supply chain costs dropped 50%, and data accuracy improved by 80%. The implementation, supported by SAP partner Axxis Consulting, followed a two-phase approach covering Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Production.
