Fortinet Unleashes Expanded Services and Training to Tackle Cyber Threats

Fortinet, a global leader in integrated cybersecurity solutions, has announced new security operations center (SOC) augmentation services aimed at strengthening an organization’s cyber resilience and supporting short-staffed teams struggling with the talent shortage.

The company is addressing the challenge of the cyber skills gap with a multi-faceted approach that includes technology, services, and training.

Fortinet’s new SOC services include SOC-as-a-Service, Outbreak Detection Service, and Incident Response and Readiness Services, which will reduce cyber risk and free up time for teams to focus on higher-priority projects.

In addition, the Fortinet Training Institute offers multi-level training and certifications to help security professionals advance their skills, with a focus on providing training opportunities for women, veterans, students, and underserved populations.

The practical exam for NSE level 8 has also been made more accessible for IT and security professionals with the written and practical portions now available in an online, proctored format.
