Inaugurated by Youth and Sports Minister YB Hannah sYeoh at Orange Esports Club, this initiative, supported by the Malaysian Esports Federation, aims to bridge the generational gap by involving seniors aged 50 and above in competitive gaming.
The Boomers2Gamers competition attracted 298 applicants, with six members ultimately selected. Partners like Orange Esports Club, Predator Gaming, and Creative Labs provided state-of-the-art facilities for training.
