ICDM Appoints Hamidah Naziadin to its Board of Directors
The Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) has appointed Hamidah Naziadin to its Board of Directors. This latest appointment supports ICDM’s continued commitment to raising the standards of board leadership and director professionalism in Malaysia.
Dato’ Hamidah brings more than 30 years of leadership in both executive and non-executive roles, with a specialised focus on human capital strategy, organisational transformation and board governance.
Her roles on Nomination and Remuneration Committees have also equipped her with strong insights into talent development, board composition, CEO and leadership succession, remuneration governance and culture oversight.
