Jalan Johor Baru–Endau Closed 18 Months for RTS Link Work

JOHOR BARU, June 9, 2025 — A key section of Jalan Johor Baru–Endau, from Section 0.10 to 0.20, has been fully closed to traffic since June 3 and will remain shut until December 31, 2026, to support the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link construction. MRT Corporation stated the closure enables 24/7 piling, pile cap works, and column erection for the Johor Baru-Singapore link. Motorists from Jalan Tun Abdul Razak toward Danga Bay will be rerouted via Jalan Station and Jalan Wong Ah Fook to Jalan Tebrau. An alternative route involves Jalan Lingkaran Dalam. Drivers are urged to follow traffic signs and personnel for safety.
