Jernih Residence Gallery By Sunway Property Is Now On

Kuala Lumpur, June 3 ~ Master Community Developer Sunway Property launched the Jernih Residence Property Gallery on 28th May 2022, Saturday. 

The launch was officiated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony which was followed by an acrobatic lion dance and a joget performance. 

During the two-day grand opening, visitors who registered for a unit stood a chance to spin-and-win up to RM 3,000 worth of rebates, enjoy an array of food truck delicacies, and participate in a mini-terrarium workshop while learning more about the development.

Jernih Residence occupies a 5.28-acre freehold parcel and will offer 1,605 serviced apartments in two blocks. Units will come in four sizes — ranging from 550 to 850 sq ft —priced from RM 320,000 or an average of RM 500 psf.
