Mahathir: Active lifestyle contributed to my longevity

Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who turned 100 on July 10, attributes his longevity and sharpness to an active lifestyle, including horse riding, cycling, and regular walks. In a live interview, he emphasized the importance of staying physically and mentally engaged. He also advised the youth to work hard and stay focused on education, sharing personal experiences from his school days to highlight the value of perseverance and dedication.
