Nine Malaysian Firms Named in Forbes Asia’s 2025 ‘Best Under A Billion’ List

Nine Malaysian public listed companies have been named in Forbes Asia’s 2025 “Best Under A Billion” list, which recognizes the top 200 small and mid-sized companies in Asia-Pacific with annual sales under US$1 billion. The Malaysian firms include Able Global, Crescendo, Frontken, Hibiscus Petroleum, Hup Seng Industries, ITMAX System, Kerjaya Prospek, Pekat Group, and Scientex. Despite regional economic headwinds, these companies demonstrated resilience and strong performance. The list covers a wide range of industries, with Malaysian entries representing sectors like tech, automation, oil and gas, property development, and food processing. Forbes launched the list in 2002.
