MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 reached 49,000 participants nationwide, promoting balanced breakfast habits, active lifestyles and youth engagement before concluding with its Putrajaya grand finale on July 12.

MILO® Drives Healthy Living

MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 has attracted around 49,000 participants across its first five nationwide stops, with the Kelantan event drawing 10,000 people as the campaign continues promoting healthier breakfast habits and active lifestyles ahead of its grand finale in Putrajaya.

Held at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Kelantan, the fifth stop focused on encouraging young Malaysians to adopt balanced breakfast routines and regular physical activity. The university setting highlighted the importance of establishing healthy habits during young adulthood that can continue throughout life.

Campus Director Professor Dato’ Dr Shaiful Bahari Ismail said the event was encouraging because it brought together participants from different generations while inspiring youths to embrace healthier lifestyles through simple daily habits.

The event also showcased personal stories from participants. Thirteen-year-old Mohd Syamil Hakim bin Mohd Sabri credited his morning can of MILO® for providing energy before winning the Kelantan fun run, while university students said the programme reminded them to prioritise breakfast despite qdemanding academic schedules.

Teachers and educators also reinforced the importance of nutrition and active living, encouraging students to maintain healthier routines.

The nationwide campaign, supported by the Nestlé for Healthier Kids programme, will conclude with its grand finale in Putrajaya on 12 July 2026, bringing together thousands more participants.
