Minor Hotels Launches Global AI Platform to Transform Guest Experience

Minor Hotels has announced a major digital transformation initiative, unveiling plans to build a global data and AI platform in partnership with Google Cloud, Salesforce, OneTrust, and Deloitte. The project, described as one of the group’s most significant technology investments, aims to unify guest data across its 640 properties worldwide and deliver AI-driven personalisation at scale.

The platform, set for full deployment in 2026, will be built independently of legacy systems, enabling Minor Hotels to leapfrog traditional technology and harness enterprise-grade AI capabilities from day one.

Google Cloud’s BigQuery and Vertex AI will serve as the data and intelligence layer, while Salesforce will power marketing automation and guest communications. OneTrust will embed privacy and governance into the platform, ensuring responsible data use. Deloitte will lead integration and strategy to align operations across 63 countries.

Chief Commercial Officer Ian Di Tullio said: “AI is becoming the front door to travel… the brands that win will be the most intelligent.”
