Today saw the launch of the National Fraud Portal by Bank Negara Malaysia in collaboration with Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd or PayNet and other financial institutions.

The portal also supports data-driven assessments of mule accounts and introduces standardized procedures for their management.

These initiatives are part of BNM’s broader efforts to protect consumers and maintain the integrity of Malaysia’s financial system.
